This module focuses upon strategies for correcting and removing some of the most damaging habits we do everyday to produce stress and pain in the lumbar region – related not only to standing and sitting, but also to running, walking, bending, lifting, sleeping, squatting and others. Both incorrect and correct postures are demonstrated, and corrective strategies are discussed. This module should be undertaken only after completion of modules one thru three.
